Helical lets Whitechapel units

Helical has agreed 20,000 sq ft of lettings at The Loom, a former Victorian wool warehouse in Whitechapel, east London. The Fairtrade Foundation, a charity, has signed for 6,400 sq ft, while sitting tenant Hey Habito has signed new leases
