Helical exceeds targets in ‘good first half’

Helical has hailed a "good first half", with development and leasing targets met or exceeded. In a trading update this morning, chief executive Gerald Kaye said: "We achieved practical completion of the JJ Mack Building, EC1, on 30 September 2022
