Heaton reels in consent for mill conversion

Plans to transform a Grade II listed mill into a food hall and offices in Wigan, Greater Manchester, have been given the go-ahead. Heaton Group's development forms the first phase of its £200m Eckersley Mills scheme, spread over 17 acres.
