Healthcare products firm Covidien has taken 36,600 sq ft at Draco Property’s Four500 Parkway office building near Southampton.
New York Stock Exchange listed, Ireland-based Covidien, which was formerly Tyco Healthcare, has signed a 10-year lease on the first and second floors of the Solent Business Park office development.
The building, which has been empty for nearly three years, recently underwent a £2.5m refurbishment.
CB Richard Ellis and Hughes Ellard acted for Draco; Covidien was also represented by CBRE.
