Urban Splash has let the whole of its Matchbox development in
The Manchester-based developer has let the entire 20,000 sq ft building to health club operator Fit Club, which will operate a gym in the scheme, opening later this year.
The firm initially considered taking 10,000 sq ft within Urban Splash’s adjacent Matchworks scheme before opting for the Matchbox.
