HBG Properties has bought a 9.5-acre site close to Leeds city centre for redevelopment as a 500,000-sq ft mixed-use scheme.
The Dutch-owned developer paid engineers Doncasters £19.25m for the land, which is bounded by Whitehall Road, the Leeds-Liverpool canal
