Hawkshead has taken 6,889 sq ft (640 sq m) at Kilmartin Property Group's Loch Lomond Shores Retail Crescent in Strathclyde.
The outdoor leisure retailer is paying £16 per sq ft (£173 per sq m) on the ground floor.
