Havering Council and Wates plan £1bn Romford regen

Havering Council and joint venture partner Wates have revealed further plans for their multi-estate, £1bn regeneration project in Romford, east London. The pair plan to build around 3,000 homes across 12 separate council estates over a development timeline of around
