Haslams Surveyors has strengthened its third place in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Berkshire with a 17,532 sq ft industrial letting in Reading.
The deal, at 75 Loverock Road (pictured), saw Synergy Health (UK) take the space from a private landlord on a fully repairing and insuring lease commencing on 15 October 2021. The accommodation comprises a 13,710 sq ft warehouse and 1,911 sq ft of reception and office space on the ground floor, plus a further 1,911 sq ft of office space on the first floor.
Leading the way in Berkshire is JLL, having acted on 400,869 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales, with BNP Paribas Real Estate in second place on 350,000 sq ft. Haslams sits in third spot, having transacted 300,762 sq ft of deals, with the top five being completed by Savills on 274,092 sq ft and Cushman & Wakefield on 248,942 sq ft.
