Harworth Group has sold its eighth parcel of residential development land at its Waverley scheme in Yorkshire to Avant Homes.
The site is Yorkshire’s largest brownfield redevelopment, with 3,890 homes alongside the Advanced Manufacturing Park, home to occupiers
