Harworth Group is looking to develop 900 homes on a 113-acre site at Erlas Park, east of Cefn Road in Wrexham.
The developer has launched a public consultation on its plans for the site.
The plans include eight one-bed homes, 323 two-bed properties, 428 three-bed dwellings, and 141 four-bed houses, with 1,792 parking spaces. Of the total 900, 20% will be affordable. A primary school, sports pitches, and road upgrades also form part of the proposals.
The site is known as KSS2 in the Local Development Plan, it comprises land in the ownership of Harworth Group as well as land under the control of Bloor Homes and Barratt Homes, Wrexham Rugby Club and Wrexham County Borough Council.
Overall, the site has the capacity to provide 1,680 homes, 900 of which will be on the Harworth-owned land.
The site comprises open grassland, with sports pitches and agricultural fields.
