Hartnell Taylor Cook launches new building consultancy

Bristol-based Hartnell Taylor Cook has launched a new building consultancy after recruiting Alex Moat from Donaldsons as a director to head up the team.

Moat, who has 16 years experience in building consultancy, previously worked at Colliers CRE in Bristol.
