Hampton Trust's subsidiary Hampton Investment Properties has sold government offices in Abermorlais, Merthyr Tydfil, Wales for £3.8m to Diversified Property Fund.
Hampton said it would make a net gain of £3.361m from the sale of the Ty Bethesda complex.
