Hampton Trust has sold the 53,805 sq ft (5,000 sq m) Trinity Hall Farm Industrial Estate, Cambridge, to Dencora Estates for £3.1m cash.
As at 31 March the property had a carrying value of £2.5m.
Trinity Hall is a freehold
