Hammerson and Hermes have appointed four more architects Foreign Office Architects, Glenn Howells, Gollifer Langston and rg+p Leicester to work alongside Chapman Taylor on the 650,000 sq ft John Lewis-anchored extension to the Shires shopping centre in Leicester.
