Hammerson has signed beauty product retailer Sephora for space in the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham.
The retailer has taken a 14,560 sq ft shop on a 10-year lease, according to Radius records, with Cushman & Wakefield acting as leasing agent.
The store will be open later this year.
The Bullring is the latest addition to Sephora’s expanding UK portfolio after a launch at Manchester’s Trafford Centre and the announcement of new stores in Newcastle’s Metro Centre and Eldon Square.
Harry Badham, Hammerson’s chief development and asset repositioning officer, said: “This is an exciting time for Bullring and demonstrates the demand we have for prime locations and the agility with which we are repositioning our offer.”
