Halladale Group has bought the former headquarters of Scottish Brewers from Scottish & Newcastle.
The company has bought the vacant 50,000-sq ft Fountain House on 160 Dundee Street, Edinburgh, through a new joint venture with Gregor King.
It paid £9.975m
