Prime Commercial Properties has sold the Cornbow Centre, Halesowen, to Vale Retail for £20m.
The shopping centre comprises a fully enclosed shopping centre on two trading levels, totalling 158,553 sq ft (14,730 sq m).
Tenants at the centre include Kwik
