Gym operator 1 Rebel has secured space at the £1.3bn Olympia redevelopment, W14.
Opening from 2025, Olympia is a 14-acre redevelopment scheme overseen by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International. The gym company has leased 9,472 sq ft for 15 years.
Earlier this summer, events operator Incipio Group signed for 39,000 sq ft across the development for F&B offerings.
Restaurateur Des Gunewardena has leased 30,000 sq ft in the Pillar Hall section of the development.
1 Rebel was launched in 2015 and has 10 sites across London.
