Great Western Ambulance NHS Trust has appointed GVA to implement a new property strategy across its estate.
The trust has more than 30 sites across Bristol, North Somerset, Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, ranging from state-of-the-art facilities to buildings nearing the end of their economic life.
It wants to develop a modern, flexible estate that is “aligned to the trust’s clinical strategy for accident and emergency and patient transport services”.
GVA has been brought in to support the implementation of three of the key projects over a three-year period.
The agent will provide advice in lease negotiation, agency acquisition and disposal, planning, valuation, dilapidations and condition surveys.
