GVA Grimley has appointed Phillip Taylor (pictured) to develop its nationwide management portfolio work.
Taylor joins GVA Grimley’s Birmingham office as partner in charge of its management team. He was previously regional director of property asset management for Chesterton in the Midlands, where he worked for 14 years.
Taylor’s appointment is a natural development for the team, said John Jones, head of property management at GVA Grimley. “Management is now so diverse that you need to match the right skills to the different services. With the growing trend among blue-chip companies to outsource their property services, we have to be in a position to provide a strong and seamless alternative,” he said.
