GVA appoints Cowperthwaite

Bilfinger GVA has appointed Stephen Cowperthwaite regional senior director of its Liverpool office. Previous office head Patrick Whitby will concentrate on GVA’s work with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. Cowperthwaite joined the
