The casual dining sector may be in crisis but the operator of the Franco Manca and Real Greek chains showed yesterday that it is possible to rustle up growth.
Fulham Shore, run by the former Pizza Express boss David Page, not only delivered a positive year-end trading update but promised to pay its first dividends since listing on Aim in September 2014.
Page, 66, said the company could open eight to ten Franco Manca restaurants in the new financial year.
