Grosvenor takes lead in Berkeley Sq race

Grosvenor is in the lead to secure BPs Berkeley Square Estate, in Londons Mayfair, in a deal worth more than £330m.

However, British Land and several private investors are sill expected to give the Grosvenor a run for its money.
