Grosvenor launches 33 Davies St

Grosvenor and Stow Capital Partners are this week launching their new Mayfair office-led development, 33 Davies Street.

Estates Gazette was given a sneak preview tour of the asset, comprising 28,856 sq ft of offices and 7,621 sq ft of shop space.

A surge of interest is expected in the office element of the HOK-designed grade-A scheme, owing to a shortage of supply in the West End.

“We were aware a couple of years ago of the shortage of Grade-A stock in the market, and we took the opportunity to commit to a number of schemes, of which this is the first,” said Grosvenor London Estate Development director Ian Morrison.

“We have about 160,000 sq ft in the pipeline at the moment being delivered over the next two to three years, principally in the core office sector of Mayfair.”

The retail space has already been let to French cashmere company Franck Namani.
