Grosvenor Estates has paid Frogmore Estates £5.1m for a retail and office investment in Burleigh Street, Cambridge at a 7.2% initial yield.
The scheme which comprises 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) retail, with 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft)
