Greystar hires for European portfolio management

Greystar has hired a new managing director for European portfolio management. Mary Craddock joins the company from Lapithus Management, where as managing director she developed and built the investment and asset management strategy for the Apollo European Core Plus real estate platform.  At Greystar, Craddock will report to team leader Daniel Breeden and oversee the company’s relationships with joint venture partners in European build-to-rent and purpose-built student accommodation strategies. Breeden said: “Since we started in Europe, we have been focused on building strong local teams to provide regional solutions for our capital partners, making it easier to access housing in our seven markets… With a significant European portfolio now under our belt, Mary’s appointment marks an exciting step forward as we continue to offer comprehensive solutions that resonate with investors and ensure optimum asset performance.”
