Greystar acquires stalled £500m Croydon site

Build-to-rent operator and developer Greystar has acquired Guildhouse Rosepride’s One Lansdowne Road site in Croydon. Planning consent was previously acquired for a £500m scheme comprising two towers, one of 68 storeys and the other 41. The 2017-approved plans, which
