Green light for tower on Brum’s Broad Street

Richardson Cordwell has won consent for a 40-storey tower on Birmingham's Broad Street.

The £75m, 400ft scheme designed by Level 7 Architects includes a four-star, 190-bedroom hotel and 342 luxury flats.

It is due to open in 2009.
