Cubic Property Holdings has got the go-ahead for its Lighthouse scheme in Nottingham’s Eastside Regeneration Zone.
Nottingham council has granted consent for the residential-led scheme, which is located on Huntingdon Street.
The scheme will include 207 flats and 33,000 sq ft
