A 67,800 sq ft (6,325 sq m) mixed-use scheme at Strathclyde Business Park, near Glasgow, has been given the go-ahead.
The scheme, named Avondale House, is a joint venture of awg Developments, HF Developments and economic development agency Scottish Enterprise
