The £1.5m refurbishment of Swansea's historic Patti Pavilion has won the go-ahead.
Cardiff promoter Red Kite will operate the pavilion, in Victoria Park, as a leisure and culture centre.
Red Kite was also behind the launch of Cardiff's former Coal
