The Asprou family has won detailed consent for a 107,500 sq ft (9,987 sq m) mixed-used scheme (pictured) in Cardiff Bay.
The Asprous, Greek Cypriot travel trade multi-millionaires, are backing their development through their property vehicle Skyview Estates.
