Green/LaSalle light up M4 corridor

Stephen Vernon’s Green Property and LaSalle Investment Management, UK Ventures Fund, are lighting up the M4 as part of the marketing of a 98,800 sq ft office development in Slough, Berkshire.

Mike Tapp of Green Property said: “Windsor House offers top quality town centre office space available from 12,500 sq ft to the whole building of just under 100,000 sq ft.

“In the dark days of January, we wanted to light up Slough reminding local occupiers of the building and highlighting the fantastic visibility which Windsor House enjoys with great profile locally and to the M4.”

Green and LIM bought the site with consent for an eight-storey office building for £9m from Burford’s Delta Fund in 2007.
