Aberdeen Asset Managers, on behalf of Scottish Provident Institution (SPI), has bought the second phase of the Parc Tawe retail warehouse park in Swansea from Grantchester for £21.75m, reports Neil Jones. The sale price reflects an initial yield of 6%.
