Grant of £11m drives 1m sq ft of construction in Belfast

More than 90 Belfast schemes have received almost £11m of urban development grants in the past four years.

This has attracted £46.4m of private-sector investment and resulted in the development of 1m sq ft of commercial space and 262 homes,
