Grainger has completed its acquisition of Nikal’s Exchange Square in Birmingham, some 18 months after it agreed the £77m deal.
The 375-home build-to-rent development at Exchange Square 2 neighbours LaSalle’s Allegro, comprising 603 flats in the first phase of Exchange Square.
Nikal’s £350m development is located opposite HS2 Curzon Birmingham.
Grainger has appointed McAleer & Rushe for the build, which is expected to complete by summer 2023.
