Quintain will begin development of the first phase of its speculative £300m SPark science park at Emerson Green near
The South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) has granted the company £5m for the development, as well as £5m to invest in sustainability credentials and securing tenants.

The first phase of the SPark scheme includes 70,000 sq ft of office space across two buildings.
Quintain will appoint a construction manager by the end of March and construction is planned to start by Easter.
