Goodstone joins forces with former Essential co-founder in debut deal

Macquarie-backed Goodstone Living has agreed its first BTR investment, teaming up with former Essential Living colleague Scott Hammond for a £130m scheme in Birmingham. Goodstone Living founders Darryl Flay and Martin Bellinger established Essential Living with Hammond a decade ago.
