Goldman Sachs appoints JLL for move to regions

Goldman Sachs has appointed JLL to find it a new regional hub.

The American investment bank is looking for 60,000 sq ft for a new department.

The office will be Goldman’s second foray outside London. Last year it opened a regional base in Milton Keynes for its retail bank, Marcus.

Other banks and businesses are also “north-shoring”, with JP Morgan Chase opening a large office for its technology operations in Glasgow and PwC opening its largest regional office in Birmingham this month.
