BioRegional Quintain and Tees Valley Regeneration have got the go-ahead for a 1m sq ft mixed-use scheme at Middlehaven in Middlesbrough on Teesside.
The joint venture partners can now start bringing forward plans for the 40-acre site on waterfront land at the former Middlesbrough docks
