Stockport votes against GMCA spatial framework

The Greater Manchester Spatial Framework’s future hangs in the balance after Stockport Council voted against the initiative. Stockport counted 26 votes for and 35 votes against the framework, which outlines plans for 180,000 homes to be built across Greater Manchester.
