Global Holdings fashions Vogue House deal

Global Holdings Group has completed its acquisition of Vogue House on London’s Hanover Square from publishing giant Condé Nast. The investor is understood to have paid £75m for the 62,777 sq ft building at 1-2 Hanover Square, W1. The
