Glenbrook’s £135m Leeds BTR scheme approved

Leeds City Council planning committee has approved Glenbrook’s plans for a new 500-home build-to-rent scheme at Whitehall Riverside. The £135m development forms part of a wider £280m masterplan, which is being brought forward with Leeds-based property investor Town Centre Securities.
