Developer Glenbrook has taken a 10-year lease on a 4,618 sq ft office in Manchester city centre.
It will move its headquarters from Clarence House to Bruntwood Works’ Union on Albert Square following the expansion of its workforce to more than 20 people.
Ian Sherry, director at Glenbrook, said: “This new workspace will support the collaborative way in which we work as a team and with our extended partners.”
Benn Dickinson, commercial manager at Bruntwood Works, added: “We have created a collaborative ethos at Union, and are proud to call it Bruntwood’s home too.”
