GLA approves Beam Park

London deputy mayor for planning and regeneration, Jules Pipe, has approved the redevelopment of the former Ford assembly site at Beam Park in South Dagenham in a public hearing at City Hall. L&Q and Countryside plan to build 3,000 homes
