GKN Aerospace takes space at Blythe Valley Park

GKN Aerospace has signed up to take 11,403 sq ft at IM Properties’ Blythe Valley Park scheme in the West Midlands. Since its £5m refurbishment, just 9,500 sq ft now remain unlet at the park, which also includes 750 homes.
