Gipsies plan to exploit loophole

Gipsies who face eviction next month from Pine View, an illegal site at Smith Fen, Cottenham, Cambridgeshire, are expected to exploit a planning loophole and move to a new site, Water Lane, just 91m (100 yards) away.
