Genr8 Kajima Regeneration has secured planning approval for enabling works at the £130m Huyton town centre regeneration in Merseyside.
The St Michael’s Place redevelopment can now begin after Knowsley Council’s cabinet signed off the necessary site demolition and enabling works,
