Gaucho to open in Edinburgh

Argentinian steak restaurant Gaucho is opening at 3-5 St Andrews Square in Edinburgh later this year. It has agreed a deal for a 6,512 sq ft space on a 20-year lease and taken the last remaining unit, bringing Standard Life
